A value creating investment
The global restructuring of the executive organization at my former employer, an Asian international corporate, became reality. My responsibilities were shifted to the head-quarter, and after more than 30 years in an international career development, I had to manage a professional new-orientation. This is a challenging time for the whole family, and will from time-to-time become emotional rather than rational.
