Michael Braun studied psychology after completing his high school education and subsequently assumed his first leadership roles in human resource management at the consumer goods company Hakle/Kimberly-Clark in Mainz. 

He then held positions at various companies, including the European manufacturer and distributor of fastening systems, MÜPRO, the Frankfurter Rundschau, the Berliner Verlag, the dtv Verlagsgesellschaft in Munich, and the logistics company Zeitfracht in Berlin. During this time, Michael Braun held leadership positions as HR Director International, COO, Managing Director, CFO, and served as a Board Member. 

As a result, he has gained extensive insights into various companies and industries. His management experience ranges from operational control and realignment of businesses and business units to adaptation measures, transformations, and restructurings. One of his key focuses has always been on the recruitment and development of talents and seasoned executives. 

Throughout his professional career, Michael Braun has operated in both medium-sized and internationally influenced corporate structures, and is familiar with different corporate forms. His industry knowledge encompasses manufacturing companies in both B2C and B2B sectors, consumer goods companies, publishing and media industry, and logistics services. He is fluent in English.

Michael Braun is married, father of 2 adult children and lives with his wife in Wiesbaden.
